DECK//OS Tab5 Cyberdeck

by Brian Meyer · Easy · manifest draft — being verified

A compact cyberdeck that pairs M5Stack’s five-inch Tab5 touch terminal with its official keyboard and custom ESP32-P4 firmware for SSH, notes, weather, music and file management.

Brian Meyer built DECK//OS as a touch-first, keyboard-friendly launcher for the M5Stack Tab5. The repository documents browser-based installation and a growing set of local and network tools while keeping the physical setup to the Tab5 and its official keyboard.

Notes

Official repository README and metadata checked on 2026-10-23. Kept as draft because the creator does not identify whether the Tab5 is the C145 battery-free model or K145 battery kit, and the official keyboard still lacks a configured reputable-seller listing.
