Cyberdeck 2026

by therebelrobot · Hard · manifest draft — being verified

A battery-powered Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W cyberdeck planned around a 3.5-inch touch display, CardKB input, LTE and a separate Meshtastic LoRa node.

therebelrobot is developing Cyberdeck 2026 as a repairable, off-grid Linux computer. The repository documents the hardware architecture, wiring and firmware plan while leaving the thrifted enclosure and several exact cable and modem variants open.

Notes

Official README, BOM, repository tree and Unlicense metadata checked on 2026-10-17. Kept as draft because the repository marks wiring, enclosure, firmware, PCB, battery and LTE work in progress; the enclosure, modem, cable variants and several physical dimensions are not final. The models directories currently contain placeholders only, so no print-ready files are indexed.
